The Fine Print:

  • We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 3 stepladder.
  • Some homes have high or vaulted ceilings that we cannot reach by hand. We will discuss the best way to deal with this at the initial inspection, this may incur additional charge.
  • We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning. Excessive build up will require an additional charge and may require additional cleans.Card payments can be taken at the property, deposits to be paid before job is booked.
  • Cancellations may be made up until 48 hrs before job is to be carried out, the deposit will not be refundable after this point.
  • A job can be rearranged up to 48hrs before it is due to be carried out, this can be done twice, before the deposit is lost, but we also realise that “Life happens” and there will be emergencies, give us a call – Let’s talk, we’re here to make your life easier.
  • If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there will be a service of 50% of total Price of the clean, I know you’ll understand when we say this, last minute cancellations and lockouts affect our employees’ livelihood and the charges go to our employees to help cover their lost time and wages due to the cancellation/lock out.
